Wholesale Funeral Products Australia Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern the supply of goods and services by Life Cycle Urns Pty Ltd (ABN 61 130 186 015) trading as Wholesale Funeral Products Australia (“WFPA”, “we”, “us”).

By accessing our website, placing an order or holding an account with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will apply to all future transactions.

WFPA operates primarily on a prepayment basis unless otherwise agreed.

2. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by WFPA
  • Orders may be placed via our website, email or other approved methods
  • WFPA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion
  • WFPA reserves the right to require full or partial prepayment prior to acceptance or dispatch of any order.

3. Account Access & Authority

  • Each account is operated via a login linked to a nominated email address
  • All orders placed using the account login credentials are deemed authorised and binding, regardless of the individual placing the order
  • WFPA does not verify individual purchase approvals within your organisation
  • You are solely responsible for managing and controlling access to your account login credentials

WFPA is not responsible for any unauthorised use of account login credentials where access has not been appropriately controlled, revoked or updated.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD)
  • Prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated
  • WFPA reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice

5. Payment Terms

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all orders are to be paid in full prior to dispatch.
  • WFPA may, at its discretion, approve selected customers for credit terms. Where approved, payment terms will be 7 or 14 days from the date of invoice.
  • WFPA reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend credit facilities at any time.
  • WFPA reserves the right to require prepayment at its discretion

6. Credit Limits

  • Credit facilities are granted at WFPA’s discretion and may be subject to limits, review or withdrawal at any time.
  • WFPA may require a customer to revert to prepayment terms at its discretion.

7. Late Payments

  • WFPA may suspend supply for overdue accounts
  • WFPA may require future orders to be placed on a prepayment basis where accounts are overdue.
  • Interest may be charged on overdue balances at 5% per annum
  • Any recovery costs incurred may be payable by the customer

8. Title of Goods

  • Title of goods remains with WFPA until full payment is received
  • Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon dispatch

9. Delivery & Freight

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only
  • WFPA is not liable for delays in transit
  • Freight charges may apply unless otherwise agreed
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details
  • Customers will be on charged redelivery charges incurred

10. Returns & Claims

  • All returns must be pre-approved by WFPA
  • Claims for damage, shortage or defects must be made within 7 days of receipt
  • Change of mind returns may incur a restocking fee
  • Products must be returned in original packaging and adequately packed for shipping otherwise a handling/repacking fee maybe be charged
  • Special order, made-to-order and clearance items are not eligible for return

WFPA reserves the right to inspect returned goods prior to issuing any credit.

11. Product Variations & Natural Characteristics

Some products, including but not limited to handcrafted, ceramic or timber items, may vary in colour, finish, grain or appearance.

These variations are considered a natural characteristic of the product and do not constitute a fault.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • WFPA excludes all liability for indirect or consequential loss
  • WFPA’s liability is limited to the replacement of goods or refund of the purchase price
  • WFPA is not liable for any loss arising from misuse, incorrect handling or unauthorised access to account credentials

13. Change of Ownership or Control

You must notify WFPA in writing of any change in:

  • business ownership
  • management or control
  • caretaker arrangements
  • personnel responsible for purchasing

Until such notification is received and acknowledged:

  • All orders placed using account login credentials remain authorised and binding
  • WFPA is not responsible for orders placed by individuals who previously had access

WFPA may review, amend or withdraw credit terms following any such change and may require a new credit application.

14. Account Changes & Communication

  • WFPA will only act on account changes or instructions received from the registered account email address unless otherwise confirmed in writing
  • It is your responsibility to keep account details accurate and up to date

15. Website Use

  • Website content is for general information only and may change without notice
  • WFPA makes no warranties as to accuracy or completeness
  • Use of the website is at your own risk

16. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, product descriptions and branding, remains the property of WFPA and may not be reproduced without permission.

17. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We collect and use personal information in accordance with that policy.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
